Our approach

Braille.tools is designed to let people translate text without creating an account. We only collect information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Translation data

Text entered in the public translator may be sent to our translation service to produce the requested result. We do not use translation content to train AI models. Do not submit confidential, medical, financial or legally sensitive material unless your organization has approved the service for that use.

Image and document features are not generally available yet. Their retention policy will be shown before those features leave beta.

Account and billing data

If you create an account, we may store your name, email address, authentication records and product usage. Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider; Braille.tools does not store complete card numbers.

Technical data

We may process limited logs such as IP address, browser type, request time and error details to prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Cookies are used only where needed for authentication, preferences and service operation.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, analytics or payment providers that help operate the service, or disclosed when required by law.

Your choices

You may use the public text translator without an account. Account holders may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and security requirements.
